Strategic Location

KAAT/CD has developed an extensive network of storage and service location to optimize delivery schedules and response times.

The main facility is located in Dammam and covers more than 28,000 sq. meters. it incorporates around 7,100 dry pallets (800 kg/pallet) in a temperature-controlled, dust and sand-proofed environment. The Dammam facility also houses around 6,600 cold pallets (800 kg/pallet)  with individual zones for temperature control.

In Riyadh, KAAT/CD operates a similar facility with 2000 dry pallets (800 kg/pallet), 500 chilled pallets, and storage space for 300 tons of dry bulk. Another facility in Jeddah offers 900 dry pallets, 500 air-conditioned pallets and around 900 tons of bulk storage space.

As new markets develop, and existing markets evolve, KAAT/CD regularly assesses its network capabilities and invests in expansion as required. Currently, KAAT/CD operates several facilities in satellite areas such as Arar, Hassa and Buraida with total area of more than 1,000 square meters (combined dry and cold storage).  The facility in Buraida, for example, offers 180 dry pallets, 30 chilled pallets, and 22 air-conditioned pallets
