Exponential growth in the company's brand portfolio and associated activities forced a fundamental change in thinking. After an extensive internal review, a decision was made to decentralize the company's diverse range of activities and empower individual divisions to maximize their potential.

Each division relies on the expertise, experience and market acumen of a central management cadre, but is entirely independent in terms of operational and strategic decision. Thus, KAAT/CD manages its vast brand portfolio through four, highly-organized entities, namely the Confectionery Division, Beverage DivisionCheese & Dairy Division, and  Grocery Division.
